John Kelly, Bridge's Senior Partner, is a respected business leader and accomplished executive. Prior to his work in Executive Education, John was the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Consulting, UK. Here he led the 1000-strong practice through significant growth and record profitability. At Cap Gemini, following the acquisition of E&Y, John designed, launched and ran the Global Innovation and New Service Development Group resulting in significant revenue. In this role, John built a multi-disciplined team across several continents, and was responsible for global learning and development, marketing, and knowledge management.
John has led many Senior Executive Programmes over the last 5 years. He is widely recognised for his success in business leadership, having delivered radical performance improvement for some of the world's top organisations, and executive development, using innovative approaches to coach and mentor senior management. Prior to consultancy, John was a senior manager at Unilever plc where his responsibilities included strategic business planning, financial control, and general management. John has lived and worked in Europe, the United States, and Asia where he has gained in depth experience in multi-national, multi-cultural business environments.

Max Mosenthal is a Partner in Bridge Consulting International and a chartered accountant. Max is recognised for his success in business leadership and executive development as he has developed and led consulting practices at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Ernst &Young, and Cap Gemini Ernst &Young and set up joint venture organisations for and with clients. He additionally has over twenty years of business transformation consulting experience on large multinational programmes.

Ralph Poole, a Partner in Bridge, has extensive executive experience managing Executive Education, Knowledge Management, Business Research and consulting projects in global companies. He held senior executive positions in four of the world's premier management consulting and IT consulting firms : Boston Consulting Group, Bain &Company, Ernst &Young LLP, and Capgemini. At Bain he was responsible for business research, knowledge management and learning from Associate Consultant through Partner. At Ernst &Young and Capgemini, he created the Centre for Business Knowledge and, as Chief Knowledge Officer, led the effort to combine Knowledge, Learning and Methods to improve consultant skills, make learning delivery cost effective and to guide the efficient execution of projects. With projects of this magnitude, all of his interventions involve technology implementation and significant change management components. Ralph is an expert at managing change in large geographically dispersed global organisations. In addition, Ralph led new product and service innovation programmes in global companies and now consults and trains on implementing innovation strategies.

Julie Scanlon, a Partner at Bridge, is focused on executive development. She possesses over 20 years combined industry and consulting experience and has held senior positions at top international Professional Service Firms including Cap Gemini Ernst &Young, Ernst &Young, and KMPG Peat Marwick (now BearingPoint Consulting). At Cap Gemini Ernst &Young, Julie was one of the key leaders of the global shared services group (the 100+ person group that delivered learning, professional development, new service development, knowledge management, and marketing to the resources within the firm's 10 practice areas). At Ernst &Young, Julie was deputy to the global leader of a one billion dollar practice area where she helped grow worldwide revenues, expand the practice's portfolio of service offerings, manage the practice's 100+ partners and 7000 consulting professionals, manage the relationship with a global alliance partner, and enhance market awareness and perception of the practice. At KPMG she was on the leadership team for the firm's largest practice area responsible for world-wide growth of the practice, global training, marketing, and communications.
