Learn. Grow. Achieve.
  • Bridge has provided customised 1-3 day leadership development learning programmes for some of the world's top private companies and government departments. We utilise cutting-edge research, top academic faculty, business consultants, industry experts and learning professionals to create dynamic programmes designed to deliver real business results.

All of our programmes are highly customised to address the development needs that emerge from the key strategic issues facing our clients.

    Our Approach to Roundtable Events

Our Roundtable Events are designed to provide a forum exclusively for senior-level decision makers. Bridge provides highly relevant, up-to-date research as well as subject-matter expert speakers to inform these roundtable discussions. In addition, we provide facilitation throughout the process to guide the discussion and assist in the completion of collaboratively developed exercises.

While these events share many of the characteristics of our leadership development learning programmes, they are unique in the sense that they are exclusive to board level executives and are designed to inform high-level strategic discussion and build awareness and consensus.

    Strategic Client Forums

Top leaders are brought together with executives from a selection of their largest clients to learn more about the challenges they are facing and the ways they are responding to current market conditions. Like all of our events, Strategic Client Forums are supported by current research, guest speakers and expert facilitation.

The Executive Roundtable - Bringing thinkers together

Fashioned after the Algonquin Room Round Table in New York (the place where leading wits met daily for lunches in the 1910's to discuss well-known personalities and events), the Executive Round Table is an opportunity for today's top CEOs or Senior Partners, economists, and academics get together to compare ideas, discuss the state of their businesses, and network. This type of event is typically centred on a specific topic area and can be held as a private event or public forum.
