Bridge has provided customised 1-3 day leadership development learning programmes for some of the world's top private companies and government departments. We utilise cutting-edge research, top academic faculty, business consultants, industry experts and learning professionals to create dynamic programmes designed to deliver real business results.
All of our programmes are highly customised to address the development needs that emerge from the key strategic issues facing our clients.
Key Programme Characteristics
Collaborative development
We work closely with client sponsors to ensure that every programme has been designed to suit their unique requirements. This process results in highly-customised programmes based on clearly articulated goals and objectives that focus directly on your highest priority issues. Where appropriate, an Accelerated Design Workshop (ADW) can be conducted to facilitate a broadly collaborative programme design effort.Strategic issues-based
Before we begin the design of a programme, a Bridge team member will work with the sponsor to assess the 3-5 key strategic issues facing their business. These key issues will inform the content focus of the course agenda.Supported by research
Our in-house research capability allows us to quickly gain an understanding of the key issues facing your industry and your competitors. This additional market intelligence can be used to refine the programme focus and content.Psychometrics
Psychometric testing is frequently utilised as Bridge has several trained and certified practitioners of leading psychometric testing systems including Myers-Briggs and Social Styles.Highly qualified faculty
One of the key differentiators for Bridge is our strong network of leading academics, business consultants and industry experts. We have long-established relationships with leading business schools and professional organisations that allow us to select the right faculty for every programme.Expert facilitation
Our experienced facilitators employ a coaching style of facilitation that has proven extremely effective in helping groups achieve their learning and development goals.Business results focused
We believe that every programme we design and deliver should ultimately result in tangible business results. This commitment to results is exemplified by Bridge's Real Work Project offering.Commitment to on-going project support
After a Bridge programme has been completed, we work you to ensure that the desired impact of your investment is realised. This is accomplished though the on-going collection of participant feedback, application of performance metrics, and sponsor consultation. We believe that a programme's merit is only as great as the extent to which the learning is applied in day to day working.Continuous learning
Through the use of web 2.0 virtual learning technology and executive coaching Bridge can help you cascade the key messages and learning from any programme across the rest of your organisation.Common Topics Addressed in our programmes

Programme Direction and Accommodation
Programme Direction
Bridge will manage all aspects of programme direction including faculty selection and briefing, identification of linkages to other initiatives, and programme logistics.
Our Venues
We work with a select group of unique venues that provide a relaxing and inspiring environment that is conducive to learning and collaborative working. While we are able to conduct programmes in urban centres as well as on-site, we frequently utilise venues located in quiet areas filled with natural beauty.
Some venues provide overnight accommodation as well as recreational options including golf, tennis and swimming. Depending on the length, location and objectives of the programme, Bridge can arrange extra-curricular events ranging from dinners to scenic tours of the surrounding areas.
Accelerated Design Workshops
Used in the design phase of a new programme, ADWs are intense 1-day facilitated sessions where key decision makers and stakeholders study the business challenges, define learning programme parameters, review content elements, and identify linkage of learning techniques to real business projects and challenges.
The benefits of utilising this method in programme design include:
- Radically reduces cycle time from design to delivery
- Maximises productivity through collaborative design and planning
- Maximises creativity and innovation by using visualisation and synthesis techniques
- Enhances sponsorship buy-in and support
